Additional information

This course is tailored for individuals with non-traditional backgrounds, offering two different entry routes:
  • Academic route: three A-levels or equivalent
  • Work experience route: GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above, or equivalent at least three years’ experience within the fields of IT, computer science or business

If English isn’t your first language, your English ability should be equivalent to an IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0.

This online degree is available both full-time and part-time. You can expect to dedicate around 15-20 hours per week to part-time study and 30-40 hours per week to full-time study

Assessment is entirely coursework-based, including written assignments, case studies, and practical computing projects. There are no exams, allowing you to apply your knowledge in real-world scenarios.

With this degree, you’ll gain specialised expertise to pursue roles such as business analyst, IT project manager, or data analyst. You’ll be able to apply business and computing knowledge to optimise processes, drive digital transformation, and enhance organisational efficiency.
