Report and Support

Welcome to FutureLearn’s Report + Support tool. This is the place to report whistleblowing, safeguarding, Prevent, and staff and student sexual misconduct. It is also the place to find out about support available for staff and students from FutureLearn. Please refer to the complaints and appeals policies for programme specific issues.

Students and staff can report an incident to FutureLearn using the buttons below. If a student or member of staff reports with contact details, an appropriate member of staff will make contact within five working days to discuss what the student or staff member would like to happen next and discuss the support available for them.

If a student or member of staff reports anonymously, FutureLearn will use this information to better understand the issues impacting the FutureLearn community, monitor trends and inform proactive and preventative work, as we do with reports that include contact details.
