This course is tailored for individuals with non-traditional backgrounds, offering two different entry routes:
  • Academic route: Three A-levels or equivalent.
  • Work experience route: GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above, or equivalent, plus at least three years’ relevant work experience.

If English isn’t your first language, your English ability should be equivalent to an IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0.

This flexible degree offers both full-time and part-time study options. Part-time learners typically dedicate 15-20 hours per week, while full-time learners may need to allocate 30-40 hours per week to their studies. If you’re looking for a shorter course, you could apply to our 16-month CertHE Psychology (120 credits).

Your assessment will include a combination of assignments, reflective journals, and research-based tasks. These will help demonstrate your understanding and application of psychological principles in real-world contexts.
