This course is tailored for individuals with non-traditional backgrounds, offering two different entry routes:
  • Academic route: three A-levels or equivalent
  • Work experience route: GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above, or equivalent, plus at least three years’ relevant work experience.

Please note, if English isn’t your first language, your English ability should be equivalent to an IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0.

This online degree offers flexible study options, allowing you to choose between part-time or full-time study. If you go the full-time route, you’ll dedicate 35 hours per week to study time, while part-time learners can expect to spend around 15 to 20 hours per week on their studies

You’ll assess your practical understanding of organisational psychology through written assignments, case studies, and discussions – applying your theoretical, critical thinking, and research skills to real-world business contexts.
